With a career spanning more than 20 years in fixed income debt markets and credit investments, Vish began his journey at Franklin Templeton as an analyst before moving to BGI, which was later acquired by BlackRock. During his time at BlackRock, he played a pivotal role in developing their investment and risk framework for credit investing. He then joined Loomis, Sayles in Boston, where he was responsible for overseeing US and Emerging Market credit as part of the renowned uncontained investment team.
Vish brings to 1TCC a wealth of expertise in global debt markets, asset management, business development, and client relations. He is based in Boston, Massachusetts.
Mike Connor’s experience in the financial industry is impressive, his roles at Truist, Wells Fargo, and Goldman Sachs indicate that he has a strong understanding of finance and sales. As the Managing Director of Commodity and Interest Rate Derivative Marketing at Truist, he oversaw the development and execution of marketing strategies for these financial products. Additionally, as Co-Head of CIB Rates and Head of Commodities Derivative Marketing, he has played a critical role in managing Truist’s commodities and interest rate derivative businesses.
Before joining Truist, Mike worked as a Director of Commodity Products at Wells Fargo and Vice President and Associate Interest Rate Product Sales at Goldman Sachs. These positions provided him with valuable experience in trading, sales, and risk management.
Sanjay Bonde serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of TCC. Sanjay is an expert in strategic finance, supply chain finance, international finance, M&A, and corporate development. During his career leading companies in senior-level business roles, he has helped companies develop innovative financial and corporate development strategies driving business growth globally. He has lived and worked in Europe, Asia, and the US and led several cross-functions in addition to Financial Strategies, including Product Development, Marketing, Solution Sales, Supply Chain, and Talent Management.
Sanjay also serves as the Chairman of Monarch Tractors, Board Advisor to a Pritzker Family holding company, and has been CEO of Wintec, a technology-led, semiconductor and supply chain business. He is also the founder of an electric vehicle company, Genze, and Bonde Ventures. He actively supported the formative period of Mahindra Finance, a non-banking finance company with US$ 11 billion in assets and over 35,000 employees and was Vice President & General Manager at Bristlecone Inc, a Mountain View, California-based inventory and supply chain optimization company catering to global semiconductor and hi-tech industries. Called upon for his expertise in both finance and technology, Sanjay has provided strategic advice to varied technology companies in Silicon Valley.
Sanjay currently resides in Menlo Park, California. He received executive leadership training at Harvard Business School and the London School of Economics after earning his MBA/MMS and BE in Electronics and Electrical Power Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
