TCC's approach

Once the client has signed the TCC non-binding Letter of Intent (LOI), our Client Engagement Team will jump into action and conduct a kick-off session to articulate our on-boarding approach to all the key stakeholders who will be actively engaged in transforming the business. These stakeholders and their representatives will likely be from your Finance, Treasury, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, Accounting and other Supply Chain departments. 

TCC will present the framework which will guide the combined team through a well defined on-boarding process, clearly identifying the data, documentation and process flows which will be impacted and setup meetings with key stakeholders to gather the necessary information.  

We will bring proven and well established supply chain practices to build client-specific deliverables and define specific pathways using our industry knowledge and functional expertise. 

Our on-boarding, data gathering, process-flow analysis and development of the To-Be process flows will take approximately two weeks. During this period, we will also engage with the senior executives in identifying the key performance metrics to track, measure, monitor and report on to ensure that the deliverables and outcome of our engagement delivers the anticipated results.

1TCC’s Business Transformation process focuses on both, the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to- Cash (O2C) processes. 1TCC’s Factoring and Reverse Factoring solutions combined with our vendor managed inventory (VMI) holding and funding program will be thoroughly explored to help determine how each of the solutions can help maximize your supply chain operations’ resiliency, sustainability, improve financial efficiency while building a solid foundation for continued and unwavering supplier engagemet and support in the ever changing and often disruptive supply chain environment. 

1TCC will work collaboratively with key stakeholders in your Procurement, Operations and Finance organizations to determine the optimal financial target for the VMI program based on which we will help determine the optimal supplier portfolio most likely to contribute the desired levels of inventory to build a successful program.  We will work closely with the Procurement Category Managers in understanding the contractual obligations and getting the requisite contracts assigned to 1TCC to enable us to deliver our services. Your Category Managers will be key in helping us establish a strong rapport with the targeted suppliers, ensuring that the existing relationships are not adversely impacted. 

1TCC will leverage its internal ERP system to place PO’s, track and trace inventories and help integrate with third party and even your IT systems to provide a seamless and transparent inventory picture at all times.  

Our integrated platform facilitates stronger collaborations with third party logistics providers and technology plug-and-play partners (for example, for inventory track-and-trace purposes) which differentiates us from our competitors.  1TCC has the ability to provide our clients with warehousing, logistics, transportation, import, export and fulfillment capabilities which may be needed to help you address current or future gaps. Our ability to provide Risk of Loss Insurance for inventories held by us will provide you the necessary peace of mind, knowing that 1TCC will do everything in its power to help mitigate risks and deliver a flawless solution for you, our client.
