Sanjay Bonde
Chairman & CEO
Sanjay Bonde serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of TCC. Sanjay is an expert in strategic finance, supply chain finance, international finance and M&A and corporate development. During his career leading senior-level business roles, he has helped companies develop innovative financial and corporate development strategies driving business growth, globally. He has lived and worked in Europe, Asia, and the US and led several cross-functions in addition to Financial strategies, including Product Development and Marketing, Solution Sales, Supply Chain and Talent Management.
Sanjay previously served as the Chairman of Monarch Tractors, Board Advisor to a Pritzker family owned company and CEO of Wintec, a technology-led, semiconductor and supply chain business. His prior experience includes founding of an electric vehicle company, Genze, and Bonde Ventures, a ventures advisory business. He actively supported the formative period of Mahindra Finance, a non-banking finance company with US$11 billion in assets and over 35,000 employees and was Vice President & General Manager at Bristlecone Inc, a Mountain View, California-based inventory and supply chain optimization company catering to global semiconductor and high-tech industries. Called upon for his expertise in both finance and technology, Sanjay has provided strategic advice to varied technology companies in Silicon Valley.
Sanjay currently resides in Menlo Park, Silicon Valley and is a Board/CEO Advisor and Board Member. In his personal time, he mentors and teaches entrepreneurs, and has taught Business Strategy at the Presidio Graduate MBA School in San Francisco for disruptive businesses. He received executive leadership training at Harvard Business School and the London School of Economics after earning his MBA/MMS from the University of Mumbai and BE in Electronics and Electrical Power Engineering.
Michael C. Doran
Chief Strategy Officer & General Counsel
Michael C. Doran serves as the Chief Strategy Officer & General Counsel of TCC. He is a seasoned international corporate securities lawyer based in Silicon Valley who has spent his career at the intersection of finance, law, and technology.
He began his career in 1983 with the investment bank Salomon Brothers in London. Michael was at the center of the action in the dotcom bubble of the 90’s, at Brobeck, Phleger and Harrison, an AmLaw top 20 law firm specializing in tech funding transactions. In 1996 he worked on the IPO of E*Trade, which disrupted the brokerage business by automating the process of buying and selling stock, making the stock market accessible to hundreds of millions of people around the world. He was also a partner of Fish & Richardson, an AmLaw top 100 firm which specializes in intellectual property. Michael served as general counsel for a publicly traded investment bank and FINRA regulated broker dealer for seven years. He was the legal architect of the Digital Capital Network, launched in 2013, which pioneered a revolution in private placements, allowing issuers and investors to connect online without the need for a broker to call.
Michael resides in Menlo Park, CA, where he is the Chairman of the city’s Planning Commission and oversees many large development projects including Facebook’s headquarters. Michael has handled over $3 billion in funding transactions. He has a B.A. in Economics from Drury University, studied International Trade at the London School of Economics, and has a law degree from Stanford Law School.
Kulashekar Raghavan
Chief Financial Officer
Kulashekar Raghavan is 1TCC’s Chief Financial Officer and brings with him over 30 years of experience in finance, accounting and compliance. Prior to joining 1TCC, Kulashekar was the CFO at Bristlecone where apart from finance handled multiple portfolios including FP&A, IT, Administration, Legal, Sustainability and Compliance.
Kulashekar was a key contributor and a member of the Leadership team focused on driving the growth and profitability of the company. He has driven key initiatives to create a consistent financial structure, focused on revenues, cost and efficiency gains. Previously, Kulashekar worked with Mahindra Group, a multinational industrial business conglomerate where he held key roles in finance and audit. Kulashekar was also instrumental in setting up operations in multiple geographies.
Kulashekar is a Bay Area resident for nearly 20 years and in his spare time loves to engage in his passion for music, arts and family. Kulashekar holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in India.
David Doran
COO
David brings over two decades of global expertise in supply chain, procurement, and logistics. He will lead 1TCC’s operational strategy, championing cutting- edge technology and strategic initiatives that elevate client outcomes, expand solution capabilities, and strengthen the company’s high-performance and agile culture.
Prior to 1TCC, David served as Managing Partner of Doran Strategic Advisory, guiding Fortune 500 companies and private equity-backed firms through complex outsourcing, digital supply chain, and procurement transformations that delivered hundreds of millions in value. Earlier, as Vice President of Supply Chain at GEP, he held pivotal leadership roles across its supply chain practice and global category teams, spearheading high-impact programs for industry-leading clients. Most notably, David led the industry’s largest inventory outsourcing initiative for a global high-tech leader—driving greater supply chain resilience, working capital efficiency, and advanced procurement and supply chain capabilities.
David began his career at A.T. Kearney, rising to Global Director, where he designed and implemented sourcing and supply chain strategies that generated significant savings for top CPG, pharmaceutical, and industrial brands. He also founded and scaled Cornerstone Select into a premier boutique consultancy specializing in strategic transportation and supply chain solutions.
A recognized thought leader and dedicated mentor, David has shared his expertise with SIG, Gartner, Procurement Leaders, and Forbes. He holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and a BS from The Ohio State University. At 1TCC, David will be focused on advancing operational and technology excellence to deliver transformative impact for clients worldwide. All procurement, SCM and IT team members will report to David.
Stephen Harper
President - Global Treasury and Bank Engagement
Steve is a seasoned senior finance executive with over 25 years of global experience spanning four continents. Until recently, he served as SVP of Global Treasury, Insurance, and Enterprise Risk Management at Teva Pharmaceuticals, based in London and Tel Aviv, Israel. He brings a strategic mindset and a wealth of hands-on experience in managing financial risk, optimizing capital structure, and driving enterprise-wide value creation through innovative treasury and finance solutions.
Following a number of years as a banker in London and New York, Stephen joined Merck in 1991 as Benelux/Nordic Treasurer and has since held treasury leadership roles at multinational companies including Flextronics International (Vice President & Corporate Treasurer), Amcor Limited, and The Nuance Group in Switzerland, where he led Treasury and Investor Relations. He later moved to Australia to join Pact Group, followed by a period of self-employment, and subsequently joined NIDEC EUROPE B.V. in the Netherlands as General Manager of Treasury for Europe.
Steve’s expertise spans corporate finance, M&A, risk management, global cash management, pooling and netting structures, investor relations, and complex working capital solutions. He has successfully led debt and equity issuances, private equity transactions, and crafted tailored liquidity and financing strategies for both manufacturing and retail sectors.
Steve’s career reflects a rare blend of strategic vision and operational excellence, applied across multiple continents and industry sectors. He has consistently delivered on complex liquidity solutions, capital structuring, insurance strategies, and risk frameworks, supporting both organic growth and global M&A initiatives.

Stephanie brings over 25 years of unparalleled expertise in customer success, global strategy, product management, and digital transformation. Her extensive experience and visionary leadership will undoubtedly enhance our clients SAP experiences and drive forward our mission of delivering capital efficient supply chains.
Stephanie's career journey is nothing short of inspiring. During her tenure at #lSAP, she held pivotal roles in Walldorf and Silicon Valley, including pioneering the Public Sector Industry Business Unit and serving as a founding member of SAP Business Warehouse. Her contributions were instrumental in redefining product readiness and education following #SAP’s acquisition of BusinessObjects, and she spearheaded agile delivery frameworks as Chief Product Owner for Analytics Rapid Deployment Solutions (RDS). As part of the early SAP S/4HANA team, she excelled as Chief Customer Officer, driving impactful cloud strategies and customer success initiatives. Beyond SAP, Stephanie has led transformative strategies at Aerospike, where she guided customer experience efforts as Chief Customer Officer.

Seema Patel
President, Global Payment Technologies at 1TCC
Seema is a global payments executive with more than 25 years of experience building and scaling first-to-market money movement initiatives across complex domestic and international environments. She has led strategy, product, and ecosystem development, and has a proven track record of aligning executive leadership, commercial teams, and engineering organizations to deliver reliable, scalable, bank-grade payment infrastructure.
In her role, Seema will craft and lead the vision for 1TCC ’s end-to-end payment innovation strategy, overseeing the development, integration, and global scaling of advanced payment infrastructures embedded within 1TCC ’s capital and supply chain execution platform. Guided and supported by our Senior Executive Advisor Arnold Goldberg who previously ran #googlepay at Google, her mandate includes building next-generation 1TCC rails, orchestrating global partnerships, and accelerating the convergence of payments, liquidity, and supply chain execution at enterprise scale.
Seema started her career at Intel Corporation and most recently spent 17 years at Visa, holding multiple senior leadership roles, including Vice President, North America Cross-Border. She also served as Head of Global Strategic Initiatives and APAC Product Management at PayPal.
During her tenure at Visa, Seema built and commercialized breakthrough payment products, including #VisaDirect, launched and scaled in partnership with Square Cash App and Facebook Messenger. She also led large-scale authorization, risk-reduction, and network optimization programs, and forged high-impact partnerships across global payment networks, banks, fintechs, merchants, and regulators. Her experience further includes deep leadership in emerging market interoperability, ESG, and social impact initiatives.
Seema holds an engineering degree from Cornell University (BS) and a management degree from Stanford University (MS), and is widely recognized for her inclusive leadership style, cross-cultural execution, and ability to transform complex, multi-stakeholder environments into durable growth engines.

Alexandre Courtois

Alexandre Courtois is a seasoned data scientist and digital transformation executive at TCC, recognized for his deep expertise in software efficiency, digital project management, and IT solutions that transform industrial landscapes. Over his career, Alexandre has spearheaded technological advancements across leading automotive companies, devising and deploying innovative IT systems to optimize industrial operations and enhance productivity. His professional journey includes impactful roles at Microsoft and Stellantis, where he contributed as a product and software developer, driving large-scale projects with global impact.
Alexandre earned a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Versailles in France and a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering and Industry 4.0 from École Supérieure d’Ingénieur Léonard de Vinci in Paris. He further deepened his expertise studying Big Data Technologies at the University of California, Riverside.

Alex is an executive Growth Strategy leader with deep expertise in innovation, design/systems thinking and brand narrative. She brings these intertwining passions to every role and every team. As Chief Marketing Officer at Waggl, she built and scaled a game-changing HR tech company, acquired in 2021 by Perceptyx, the standout leader in employee listening. For Citi, she designed the blueprint for its global innovation lab network. Currently, for Perceptyx, she is building a sustainable, differentiated growth strategy in the healthcare vertical Lastly, she has the distinct privilege and pleasure to share her experience with emerging companies on how to define and tell unique positioning stories in the market.
Alex attended Amherst College, and the storied Institute of Design in Chicago. She lives in Sausalito with her family.

Arnold Goldberg is a distinguished technology and payments executive with over 30 years of experience leading product, engineering, and platform transformations at some of the world’s most influential technology and financial services companies. Till recently, Arnold headed Payments at Google, where he has overall responsibility for Google’s global payments strategy, including Google Pay and the underlying payments infrastructure that supports Google’s consumer, merchant, and ecosystem offerings.
In his role at Google, Arnold led cross-functional teams spanning product management, engineering, partnerships, risk, and operations. He focused on building secure, scalable, and inclusive payment platforms, modernizing core payment capabilities, and expanding access to digital payments across geographies and use cases. His leadership supported Google’s broader mission to enable seamless commerce experiences and drive financial access for users and businesses worldwide.
Before joining Google, Arnold spent nearly a decade at PayPal, where he was the Chief Product Architect & SVP.- Merchant Product and Technology helping triple PayPal's Market Cap by growing Core Business 20% YoY over 5 years. He actively drove substantial merchant and revenue growth by scaling platforms that serve hundreds of millions of consumers and millions of merchants working closely with business, risk, and regulatory teams to ensure reliability, security, and compliance.
Earlier in his career, Arnold held senior engineering and platform leadership roles at LinkedIn, eBay, and Box, where he led large, globally distributed engineering organizations and delivered highly available, high-performance systems at massive scale. These roles built his reputation as a leader who can successfully operate at the intersection of deep technical execution and enterprise-level strategy. He began his career in engineering roles at IBM and other technology firms, establishing the strong technical foundation that continues to shape his leadership approach.
Known for his ability to align technology with business outcomes, Arnold brings a unique combination of engineering rigor, product vision, and operational discipline. His leadership continues to drive innovation in digital payments and platform services, supporting long-term growth and resilience in an increasingly interconnected global economy.

Bob Dyckman
SVP Sales and Business Development
Bob brings with him over 25 years of deep expertise in Supply Chain and Trade Finance, Working Capital, and Treasury Services, having held senior leadership positions at some of the world’s largest and most respected global banks, including J.P. Morgan, Citi, Wells Fargo, Mizuho USA, and BNY Mellon.
Most recently, Bob served as Executive Director of Trade Finance at J.P. Morgan, where he was also the Network Asia Cluster Head based in Singapore. Earlier in his career, he led Global Supply Chain Finance Sales for Wells Fargo, further establishing his track record as a recognized expert in delivering innovative trade and supply chain finance solutions to multinational clients.
In addition to his leadership roles, Bob has been a featured speaker at major industry conferences including the New York Cash Exchange, TEXPO, NACHA Payments, S&OP Summit, and GTR Singapore. His thought leadership also extends to publishing, with articles in the Journal of Payments Strategy & Systems and the Journal of Corporate Treasury Management, where he has provided insights on evolving trends and best practices in Supply Chain Finance.

Christopher Parga is Senior Sales Leader for the Hitech Industry. He will collaborate with clients to achieve capital efficient supply chains by optimizing their working capital.
Christopher brings over 35 years of invaluable experience working on global supply chains and as a U.S. Licensed Customs Broker. Christopher's professional career includes various roles at UPS, with his most recent position as Director of Business Development for UPS Global Logistics and Distribution, a 4PL division of UPS Supply Chain Solutions.
Previous roles at UPS included Director, UPS Brokerage Sales for seven years when he obtained his U.S. customs brokerage license and held various sales roles for over 19 years evolving from selling small parcel in the US to collaborating on end-to-end supply chain solutions across all UPS business units globally with some of UPS’s largest accounts in the high-tech and contract manufacturing sector.
With competencies spanning analytical and problem-solving skills, strong contract negotiation abilities, and formulating complex sales strategies across all industry verticals, Christopher is well-equipped to drive results. His collaborative, creative, and flexible approach, coupled with excellent organizational skills, enables him to thrive in diverse environments.Beyond his professional endeavors, Christopher is passionate about supporting his wife's Montessori School in Hollister, CA, and enjoys traveling with her to visit their three kids, exploring new locations together.
Dov Shenkman

Dov Shenkman, former Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Medtronic, has joined 1TCC as a strategic advisor.
Dov brings over three decades of global leadership experience across healthcare, retail, automotive, and industrial sectors. Most recently, he led global supply chain operations at Medtronic, where he was instrumental in transforming the company’s planning, logistics, inventory, and fulfillment networks to enhance resilience, agility, and sustainability.
Prior to Medtronic, Dov served as Group VP of Supply Chain Operations at Walgreens Boots Alliance, and held key executive roles at General Motors,OfficeMax, and i2 Technologies where he led multi-billion-dollar, logistics, and operational turnaround programs.
At 1TCC, Dov will support our team in rapidly scaling off-balance-sheet inventory funding and supply chain platform, supporting our mission to deliver capital-efficient, technology-driven solutions for global enterprises across Pharma, Medical Devices, High-Tech, and Aerospace.

Head of Supply Chain
GS Iyer is Executive Supply Base Management Advisor for TCC and supports development of the company’s inventory acquisition and distribution strategy to align with customer needs.
GS’ experience in supply chain management spans over 35 years with large OEMs, Tier 1 CMs and startups in the USA, Singapore and India. He has successfully provided leadership to procurement teams in small and medium sized companies with specific focus on minimizing total cost of ownership. His planning and negotiation skills have helped him develop best-in-class supply base and inventory management practices.
His expertise includes VMI implementation and supplier/ commodity management globally.
He has aligned with suppliers in Asia, Europe, LATAM and the US for a global supply base footprint. GS is customer and cost focused in his approach to problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
He is a graduate from IIT Bombay in Mechanical Engineering. He also holds a CPM certification and has extensive experience working with ERP/MRP systems – SAP, Oracle, Baan, MM3000 and IBM.

Congressman Jim Greenwood joins 1TCC as Strategic Policy Advisor - LifeSciences, Healthcare and Medical Devices Sector. He is acutely aware of the efficiencies needed to be driven in these sectors to benefit end users and the role 1TCC can play in this regard, globally.
Jim represented Pennsylvania's Eighth Congressional District from 1993 to 2005. During his time in Congress, he was a senior member of the Energy and Commerce Committee and widely viewed as a leader on healthcare and the environment. He crafted legislation to reform the Food and Drug Administration, to create the pediatric exclusivity and pediatric autism research acts and he led the fight in Congress to allow stem cell research to be conducted by US scientists to treat disease.
From 2001 to 2004, Jim served as chair of the House Energy and Commerce Committee's Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations. In this role, he led Investigations into corporate governance at Enron, Global Crossing and WorldCom, to reform the NIH and into waste and fraud in federal government agencies. Before his election to Congress, from 1981 to 1992, Jim served in the Pennsylvania General Assembly, including six years in the State House and six years in the State Senate. He has also been a Co-Chair of the Congressional Caucus on India and Indian Americans.
Prior to joining TCC, Jim served as president and CEO of BIO, a trade association that represents 1,000 biotechnology companies, academic institutions, and state biotechnology centers across the US and in more than 30 countries. Its members are involved in the research and development of innovative healthcare, agricultural, industrial and environmental biotechnology products. BIO also produces the annual BIO International Convention, as well as other major investor and business conferences across the world.
He also serves as Chair of DLA Piper's Life Sciences Policy group. He advises clients on a variety of legislative, regulatory and policy issues impacting the Healthcare and Life Sciences sectors.
Kushal Pradhan
SAP System Manager
Kushal Pradhan is an SAP Systems Manager at TCC, where he leads the efficient management and innovative implementation of SAP S/4HANA public cloud solutions. Kushal Pradhan’s expertise in optimizing system performance and speed has made him an asset in driving operational excellence through advanced SAP solutions. With a robust technical skill set that includes hands-on experience in Data Analysis and Data Structures using C++ and Python, Kushal Pradhan brings valuable expertise to his role.
Kushal Pradhan earned his Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from UCLA's Henry Samueli School of Engineering, where he and his team developed a novel Embedded Microneedle Drug Delivery System for treating periodontitis. Following his academic achievements, he continued to advance microneedle technology through ongoing research. Additionally, Kushal managed two separate collegiate research lab projects in drug development, further refining his project management and cross-functional team leadership skills.
Based out of the Bay Area, Kushal is driven by a passion for leveraging technology to achieve new levels of efficiency and innovation. At TCC, he is excited to work with a team that is motivated to change the landscape and create ripples across every industry with our innovative solutions.
Leonardo Toyama
Sales & Operations Manager
Leonardo Toyama, or Leo serves as a Sales & Operations manager dedicated to driving growth and operational efficiency. Responsible for coordinating sales efforts, streamlining processes, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless collaboration between sales and operations teams. He also supports sales and marketing activities. Leo brings dynamic professionalism to TCC and believes in its vision and that working with a disruptive silicon valley fintech will help him enhance his competencies. He is eager to develop expertise and make a meaningful impact through innovative strategies and teamwork.
Leo speaks three languages (Spanish, English and Japanese), holds a BBA Degree from EU Business School Barcelona and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from University of California, Riverside. He has previously worked with Ernst & Young and also as a Finance Controller for a small business.
Mandeep Sahota

Mandeep brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record in driving operational excellence and supply chain strategies. His role at 1TCC is pivotal, focusing on Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), robust process building, and optimizing ERP and IT deployment across departments.
Mandeep's journey began at Johnson Controls Inc. (JCI), where he held the esteemed role of VP of Operations. At JCI, Mandeep oversaw the end-to-end supply chain for Building Management Solutions, which encompassed Controls, Fire Detection, & Security units. Additionally, he led as the global planning and material control leader within the COE at Johnson Controls.
Prior to his time at JCI, Mandeep spent an illustrious 15 years at General Electric Co. Here, he made waves in various transformative capacities, including global fulfillment leader, site leader, materials leader for GE Aviation, and operations leader as well as manufacturing process engineer for GE Quartz.
Mandeep's professional journey spans the industrial, aviation, and semi-conductor industries. He's held pivotal roles in commercial, engineering, and supply chain excellence domains. With his adept skills in strategy deployment, project management, problem-solving, data analytics, process design, and continuous improvement, Mandeep has consistently delivered on business growth objectives by leading cross-functional teams.
Mandeep holds a comprehensive educational background, having earned his Bachelor's, Master's in Mechanical Engineering, and MBA from Cleveland State University.

1TCC is thrilled to welcome Dr. Mangesh Gharfalkar to our team as Executive European Business Development Advisor. He brings over 35 years of diverse experience in secondary steel products manufacturing, metals trading, business consulting, and research and technology organizations Europe.
Before joining 1TCC he led Marketing and Sales for Tata Steel's steel strips and profiles division and held P&L responsibility for hot rolled steel profiles unit in India. By developing niche markets in the Middle East, and Europe, Mangesh implemented operational performance improvement and waste reduction strategies. Maude brings over 20 years of strategic financial experience to our team, having led high-impact media and marketing initiatives at iconic institutions such as Cisco, Franklin Templeton and Visa. From New York City to Los Angeles to Silicon Valley, and now Napa, her career has been marked by excellence in managing large budgets, driving contract negotiations, and building strong partner ecosystems grounded in data-driven decision making.
At 1TCC, Maude will help expand our mission of delivering capital-efficient supply chains to the world’s leading enterprises. Patrick Fichtner serves as Chief Accounting and Compliance Advisor to TCC. Patrick has more than 15 years of public accounting experience working with companies in various industries, primarily focusing on the technology sector.
Patrick was until recently assurance partner at Big 6 accounting firm BDO’s San Jose office. In this role, he advised clients on audit engagements and preparation of SEC-compliant filings. He is known for his proactive, hands-on style with clients and effective communication with C-Level executives and boards. He is an effective executive skilled at evaluating not only technical accounting issues, but their business context.
Patrick is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of CPAs. He lives in Menlo Park, California, with his wife and three adorable children.

Poorva brings extensive industry and big 4 consulting experience in financial modeling, valuation, management planning, reporting and business partnering roles, spanning across corporate banking, investment banking and technology in US + APAC markets. Her experience includes working with KPMG as the U.S. financial services expert managing valuation assignments for pre- and post-deal M&A, due diligence, management and tax planning, financial reporting.
Prior to KPMG, Poorva worked as a trusted finance partner to KLA Corp., a Silicon Valley semiconductor player, providing support for value-added decision making. With an understanding of the industry and business needs, Poorva utilized her strategic planning & analytical skills to synthesize industry / market data and translate financial insights into measurable metrics for financial performance, forecasts, trends and enabled revenue driving decisions.
Poorva worked in Singapore as financial controller and product controller in major global banks including Axis Bank and Barclays Capital. Poorva was a signatory to the financial statements, responsible for reviewing and ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards, owning treasury and product/business line performance, and an efficiency champion for the banks’ projects, processes and controls.
Poorva holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation from the CFA Institute, USA. She is also a Chartered Accountant (CA) from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a top 50 ranker at All-India level, with simultaneous completion of three years of internship (professional training). Swaminathan (“Swami”) currently serves as VP of Supply Chain Finance, where he partners with executive leadership to drive financial strategy, capital efficiency, and operational discipline across complex global supply chains. He brings over 17 years of experience across FP&A, supply chain finance, and finance transformation, working closely with C-suite leaders to enable scalable, data-driven growth.
His career spans senior finance leadership roles across electronics manufacturing, e-commerce, retail, healthcare, and technology, including positions at Flex, Coupang, Kohl’s, and Cepheid. Swami has led enterprise-wide forecasting and planning processes across global operations, implemented advanced financial planning platforms such as Anaplan and SAP, and driven meaningful improvements through cost optimization, process digitalization, and cross-functional execution. More recently, he has advised high-growth and AI-driven startups on business model design, unit economics, fundraising readiness, and scalable finance infrastructure.
He holds an MBA and is a Wharton Executive Program alumnus in M&A and Corporate Strategy, and is known as a thoughtful, calm, and highly effective finance partner.

Vish supports 1TCC in efficient fund raising strategies to continually offer enhanced value to 1TCC’s global clients.
With a career spanning more than 20 years in fixed income debt markets and credit investments, Vish began his journey at Franklin Templeton as an analyst before moving to BGI, which was later acquired by BlackRock. During his time at BlackRock, he played a pivotal role in developing their investment and risk framework for credit investing. He then joined Loomis, Sayles in Boston, where he was responsible for overseeing US and Emerging Market credit as part of the renowned uncontained investment team.
Vish brings to 1TCC a wealth of expertise in global debt markets, asset management, business development, and client relations. He is based in Boston, Massachusetts.

Chris Collier
Chris Collier is an Executive Board Advisor to TCC. Previously, Chris was the Chief Financial Officer at Flex, a Fortune Global 500 company, which delivers technology innovation, supply chain, and manufacturing solutions to diverse industries and end-markets through its global footprint with 160,000 employees at more than 100 sites in over 30 countries.
Chris spent nearly 25 years at Flex, serving as Chief Accounting Officer and then from 2013 through 2020 as Chief Financial Officer. In addition, he led the corporate strategy organization for several years while serving as CFO. He has overseen the raising of over $18 billion in the debt and equity capital markets, the acquisition of more than 100 companies for an aggregate purchase price of nearly $16 billion, and the sale of numerous companies with a combined value of over $5.5 billion.
Chris has a solid track record of taking a balanced approach to being a strong financial steward as well as architecting long-term strategies to drive profitable growth. He was central to the company’s sound governance practices and risk management, as he led the establishment of Flex’s Enterprise Risk Management program. Chris helped position Flex to achieve higher margins, consistent earnings, and strong free cash flow generation during his tenure.
Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He previously worked for KPMG and is a certified public accountant. Additionally, he serves as an executive board advisor to various private companies.

Yossi Feinberg
Yossi Feinberg is a Board Advisor to TCC. He received his PhD in mathematics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem in 1997. His thesis studied how differing prior beliefs of decision makers can be expressed by their disagreement on current (posterior) events. After completing his dissertation under the supervision of Nobel Laureate Professor Robert J. Aumann, Yossi began teaching economics at Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Yossi joined Stanford GSB in 1998.
Yossi’s recent research interests include, for example, the analysis and implication of strategic decision making in the face of unawareness. He has modeled games with unawareness and their solutions. In these games each decision maker can reason about the extent to which others may only have a limited perception of the full scale of the economic interaction at hand. Yossi was an associate editor of the Journal of Economic Theory and is serving as a referee for all major microeconomics journals. He has given numerous invited seminars as well as multiple plenary talks at academic conferences.
He has been consulting in a wide range of industries including hi-tech, media and health care as well as giving invited talks on topics such as pricing, the sub-prime crisis, in-house vs. outsourcing, allocating decision power in organizations and strategic interactions.He is The Adams Distinguished Professor of Management and Professor of Economics and the faculty director of Stanford Ignite, a global innovation program running on the Stanford Campus.
Scott Wine
Scott brings an exceptional track record as a proven leader, with both considerable international experience across a variety of industries, and extensive mergers and acquisitions expertise in the U.S., Europe and Asia.
Previously Scott was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Polaris Inc., joining as CEO in 2008 and being named Chairman in 2013, increasing revenues over 3x, doubling EPS, growing both market capitalization and share price over 5x, and bringing Polaris into the Fortune 500. Prior to that, he held senior leadership positions of ascending authority at Honeywell, Danaher Corporation and United Technologies.
In addition to his role at 1TCC, Scott serves as the CEO of KrateoSky and is a Cargill Board Member.
Scott received an Economics degree from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1989 and served as a Naval Supply Officer until 1996. He holds an MBA from the University of Maryland, College Park. Scott serves on the boards of US Bancorp., and the U.S. Naval Academy Foundation.
Hypatia E. Kingsley
Hypatia Kingsley is a Board Advisor to TCC. She serves as a leading member of the Financial Services, Boards and Education Not for Profit practices globally, with a particular emphasis on global fintech for Spencer Stuart.
With more than twenty five years of experience, Hypatia specializes in a range of advisory, succession and search assignments across fintech leadership in consumer financial services, commercial/corporate banking, payments, asset and wealth management and alternative investing in the United States and Greater China.
Hypatia holds a B.A. in East Asian studies from the University of Wisconsin and an M.A. in Chinese history from the University of Hawaii. She was a graduate fellow at the East-West Center in Honolulu and a Eu-Tong Sen Research Fellow in Hong Kong while receiving her M.A. She is fluent in Mandarin.

Tom Linton is an Executive Board Advisor to TCC. He is a also senior advisor at McKinsey & Company and an independent director of and advisor to other companies. He previously served as chief procurement and supply chain officer of Flex (NASDAQ: FLEX) and held similar positions at LG Electronics, Agere Systems, and Freescale Semiconductor.
Mr. Linton spent 20 years at IBM, developing and founding several world-wide trading and technical centers. After leaving IBM, Mr. Linton helped found E2Open, Inc., a supply chain software company. He has served as chief procurement officer of Agere Systems, Freescale Semiconductor and executive vice president and chief procurement officer at LG Electronics. Mr. Linton is a widely recognized expert on operations, with a focus on procurement and supply chain, and was honored with the Institute of Supply Management’s prestigious J. Shipman Gold Medal in 2019 and the Life Time Achievement Award from the Procurement Leaders Organization at the World Procurement Congress in 2017. In 2015 Mr. Linton received the Procurement Leaders award on Global Risk Management.
He is a former chair of the Institute of Supply Management which issues the monthly Report on Business® and the Purchasing Managers Index (PMI®). He recently co-authored “The Living Supply Chain; The Evolving Imperative of Operating in Real Time”, currently a leading book on Supply Chain Management. His articles and talks on supply chain management have appeared in the Harvard Business Review, Supply Chain Management Review, Inside Supply Management, Supply Chain Management Review and The Procurement Leaders Quarterly. Mr. Linton has a new book which will be released in early 2022 called “Flow- how the best supply chains thrive”.
Avanish Sahai
Avanish is a Board Advisor to TCC, helping mainly on the platfrom commercialization strategy. He has held C-level and leadership roles in product, marketing, and channels/alliances across a range of early-to-mid stage B2B companies as well as at iconic tech leaders like Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow and Google Cloud. He sits on the Board of Directors of Hubspot, the $1.6B (revenues) provider of a CRM Platform for SMB and mid-market customers, and of Birdie.ai, an early stage startup focused on leveraging AI/ML to improve product management and innovation. He previously sat on the board of Scribe Software, an innovator in integration software acquired by TIBCO. Avanish is actively increasing his angel investment and advisory activities, often alongside leading global and regional VC and PE firms.
Avanish has deep expertise in connecting product vision and roadmaps to compelling messaging and positioning - and from there to associated go-to-market programs and priorities. In addition, he has become a recognized expert on building and leveraging the power of ecosystems and platforms to scale businesses non-linearly. He is the creator and host of The Platform Journey podcast, bringing together insights and thought leadership from some of the best leaders in the tech business.
Prior to his recent retirement from Google Cloud, he built and led Google’s partner GTM programs including Marketplace and Co-sell, and had global oversight of the recruitment and onboarding of ISV partners across horizontal and vertical categories. These programs generated over $1.5B/year revenues within 2 years.
Previously, he built and led the technology and ISV partner team at ServiceNow, and helped grow Salesforce’s Appexchange business to over $1B a year in ecosystem revenues. Ryo Shima
Ryo Shima is a Board Advisor to TCC. He was formerly Chief Executive Officer of GREE UK and Chief Operations Officer of GREE International, international arms of a Japanese mobile gaming company.
Ryo is a global executive with a unique background as an operator and investor, serving in executive roles in the software and private equity industries. He led multinational teams in Silicon Valley, Tokyo, and London as COO, SVP, and CEO respectively.
Currently, Ryo is the CEO of Global Tech Partners, a boutique strategy advisory firm, which he founded in 2018. He is responsible for providing strategic advice to CEOs of global companies, including TSE-listed Japanese companies, a fast-growing Indian gaming company, and a growth stage AI company.
Ryo serves as a Board Member of Monarch Tractors, a disruptive autonomous electric tractor company based in the Silicon Valley. He also serves on the Board of Sakuu Corporation, a Silicon Valley-based 3D printing technology company using multiple materials with material methods. Prior to Global Tech Partners, Ryo served as the COO of GREE International, the CEO of GREE UK and the SVP of GREE Inc., one of the premier Japanese mobile gaming companies. Under his leadership, he executed multiple transformation initiatives and was also appointed as the Corporate Executive Officer (Shikko Yakuin).

Philippe Gilbert
Philippe Gilbert joins TCC as a board advisor. Until recently, he was President of UPS Supply Chain Solutions responsible for the multi-billion dollar UPS Supply Chain Group.
He is continually focused on supporting organizations to build technology enabled, seamless global solutions to transform their businesses and be more efficient, effective and futuristic.
Prior to joining UPS’ senior-most leadership group in 2019, Philippe served in executive leadership roles at international logistics providers DB Schenker Logistics Americas and DB Schenker Logistics West Europe, and as Executive Vice President of transport and logistics leader Geodis Wilson.
Philippe is proud of his French/Spanish heritage but is comfortably at home almost anywhere in the world. He enjoys swimming, water and snow skiing, jazz and street art and he is always in search of the perfect espresso and baguette. Philippe and his wife Ida, a native of Louisiana, have been married for more than 20 years. Their son Gabriel is off to university. .
Philippe earned a Finance degree from the Institut Supérieur de Gestion (I.S.G.) in Paris. He is fluent in English, Spanish, French, and is working on mastering Portuguese.
Suresh Krishna
Suresh has held key leadership roles in diverse consumer durable and industrial companies and has lived and worked in multiple geographies. Most recently, Suresh served as President and CEO at Northern Tool + Equipment (NTE), a $1.4B retailer and manufacturer of professional- grade tools and equipment where he led a bold business restructuring, culture transformation and repositioned its brand via digital transformation, retail store growth, factory, and DC automation. In 2023, NTE was ranked by Forbes as one of the Best Midsize Employers in the U.S., and Bloomberg Businessweek ranked NTE as one of the best online shops for tools and supplies in 2021 and 2022.
Previously, as Chief Operations Officer at Sleep Number Corporation (NASDAQ: SNBR) a $1.8B retailer and manufacturer of premium mattresses, Suresh transformed the business model freeing cash for growth initiatives. Earlier, as VP, EMEA at Polaris Inc. (NYSE: PII), a $8B Fortune 500 manufacturer of power sports products, Suresh rapidly expanded business in the Middle East and South Africa and established manufacturing operations and R&D capability in the region. As VP, Global Operations & Integration, he delivered a global strategy that supported local market manufacturing and delivered over 300 bp of gross margin expansion.
Suresh serves on the global advisory board of Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, the board of Advisors at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
