Sanjay Bonde
Chairman & CEO
Sanjay Bonde serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of TCC. Sanjay is an expert in strategic finance, supply chain finance, international finance and M&A and corporate development. During his career leading senior-level business roles, he has helped companies develop innovative financial and corporate development strategies driving business growth, globally. He has lived and worked in Europe, Asia, and the US and led several cross-functions in addition to Financial strategies, including Product Development and Marketing, Solution Sales, Supply Chain and Talent Management.
Sanjay also serves as the Chairman of Monarch Tractors, Board Advisor to a Pritzker Family holding company and has been CEO of Wintec, a technology-led, semiconductor and supply chain business. His prior experience includes founding of an electric vehicle company, Genze, and Bonde Ventures, a ventures advisory business. He actively supported the formative period of Mahindra Finance, a non-banking finance company with US$11 billion in assets and over 35,000 employees and was Vice President & General Manager at Bristlecone Inc, a Mountain View, California-based inventory and supply chain optimization company catering to global semiconductor and high-tech industries. Called upon for his expertise in both finance and technology, Sanjay has provided strategic advice to varied technology companies in Silicon Valley.
Sanjay currently resides in Menlo Park, Silicon Valley and is a Board/CEO Advisor and Board Member. In his personal time, he mentors and teaches entrepreneurs, and has taught Business Strategy at the Presidio Graduate MBA School in San Francisco for disruptive businesses. He received executive leadership training at Harvard Business School and the London School of Economics after earning his MBA/MMS from the University of Mumbai and BE in Electronics and Electrical Power Engineering.

Michael C. Doran
Chief Revenue Officer & General Counsel
Michael C. Doran serves as the Chief Revenue Officer and General Counsel of TCC. He is a seasoned international corporate securities lawyer based in Silicon Valley who has spent his career at the intersection of finance, law, and technology.
He began his career in 1983 with the investment bank Salomon Brothers in London. Michael was at the center of the action in the dotcom bubble of the 90’s, at Brobeck, Phleger and Harrison, an AmLaw top 20 law firm specializing in tech funding transactions. In 1996 he worked on the IPO of E*Trade, which disrupted the brokerage business by automating the process of buying and selling stock, making the stock market accessible to hundreds of millions of people around the world. He was also a partner of Fish & Richardson, an AmLaw top 100 firm which specializes in intellectual property. Michael served as general counsel for a publicly traded investment bank and FINRA regulated broker dealer for seven years. He was the legal architect of the Digital Capital Network, launched in 2013, which pioneered a revolution in private placements, allowing issuers and investors to connect online without the need for a broker to call.
Michael resides in Menlo Park, CA, where he is the Chairman of the city’s Planning Commission and oversees many large development projects including Facebook’s headquarters. Michael has handled over $3 billion in funding transactions. He has a B.A. in Economics from Drury University, studied International Trade at the London School of Economics, and has a law degree from Stanford Law School.

Kulashekar Raghavan
CFO
Kulashekar Raghavan is 1TCC’s Chief Financial Officer and brings with him over 30 years of experience in finance, accounting and compliance. Prior to joining 1TCC, Kulashekar was the CFO at Bristlecone where apart from finance handled multiple portfolios including FP&A, IT, Administration, Legal, Sustainability and Compliance.
Kulashekar was a key contributor and a member of the Leadership team focused on driving the growth and profitability of the company. He has driven key initiatives to create a consistent financial structure, focused on revenues, cost and efficiency gains. Previously, Kulashekar worked with Mahindra Group, a multinational industrial business conglomerate where he held key roles in finance and audit. Kulashekar was also instrumental in setting up operations in multiple geographies.
Kulashekar is a Bay Area resident for nearly 20 years and in his spare time loves to engage in his passion for music, arts and family. Kulashekar holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in India.

Girish Kale
Head of Business Transformation & Client Success
As TCC’s Client Engagement Executive, Girish Kale heads TCCs Procurement and Supply Chain Transformation Initiatives and is a seasoned business transformation, strategic sourcing and procurement leader. With more than 35 years of global experience, he helps clients optimize business operations and deliver sustained cost savings through sourcing and reduced tariffs
Girish formerly served as Partner, Hitech industry practice of KPMG US based in Mountain View, California and as Head of Procurement and Supply Chain India Practice. Previously he was VP and Systems Manager with Bank of America and worked for Chevron, PWC and GE in various roles.
Girish is recognized for his strong leadership skills and ability to build high-performing teams of supply chain professionals to analyze, plan, and improve business operations by applying digital transformation, cost and process optimization, and strategic sourcing techniques supported by technology solutions.
His areas of specialty include IT and business process outsourcing, ERP and eProcurement Systems (SAP, Oracle, Ariba, and JD Edwards) implementations, business process re-engineering, and integrated IT services for manufacturing clients in the high-tech and industrial market segments.

Peter Hasenkamp
Strategic Advisor, Global Supply Chain Strategies
Peter is excited by TCC’s vision of delivering capital efficient supply chains for the world’s larger fortune companies through our 1TCC platform.
Peter’s experience and understanding of the Automotive industry is exemplary. He is a highly accomplished purchasing and product development leader with more than 20 years of experience in automotive supply chain management, international operations, product development and team leadership.
Till recently, Peter was Lucid Motors’ Vice President of Supply Chain, responsible for sourcing, selecting, and ensuring the quality of Lucid’s key suppliers, and managing the global logistics strategy between supply chain and manufacturing. He has a proven track record of building successful teams and achieving product and organizational goals in fast paced and dynamic environments.
Peter started his career with NASA at the Ames research center in California as a research engineer. Prior to joining Lucid Motors, he was Director of Vehicle Systems Purchasing at Tesla, where he established and executed the initial ground-up strategic sourcing plan for the Model S, helped recruit the team responsible for all procurement and supply chain management operations, and launched the product and supply base in a record three-year timeframe.
Peter previously spent ten years in product development at Ford Motor Company, working in Engineering and Program Management leadership roles on various car programs in both Detroit and in Europe.
Peter holds a B.A. in Engineering and a Masters of Engineering Management from Dartmouth College.

Poorva Diwekar
VP Treasury & Finance
Poorva brings extensive industry and big 4 consulting experience in financial modeling, valuation, management planning, reporting and business partnering roles, spanning across corporate banking, investment banking and technology in US + APAC markets. Her experience includes working with KPMG as the U.S. financial services expert managing valuation assignments for pre- and post-deal M&A, due diligence, management and tax planning, financial reporting.
Prior to KPMG, Poorva worked as a trusted finance partner to KLA Corp., a Silicon Valley semiconductor player, providing support for value-added decision making. With an understanding of the industry and business needs, Poorva utilized her strategic planning & analytical skills to synthesize industry / market data and translate financial insights into measurable metrics for financial performance, forecasts, trends and enabled revenue driving decisions.
Poorva worked in Singapore as financial controller and product controller in major global banks including Axis Bank and Barclays Capital. Poorva was a signatory to the financial statements, responsible for reviewing and ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards, owning treasury and product/business line performance, and an efficiency champion for the banks’ projects, processes and controls.
Poorva holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation from the CFA Institute, USA. She is also a Chartered Accountant (CA) from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a top 50 ranker at All-India level, with simultaneous completion of three years of internship (professional training). In addition, she holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce (B. Com.) from the University of Mumbai, India.

Kate Arnold
VP Sales & Business Development – BioMedical Sector
Kate Arnold graduated from Georgetown School of Medicine in 2013 and then her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Oklahoma in 2017. She went on to complete her MBA from Oklahoma City University in 2022. She was a faculty for 2 years as Assistant Resident Program Director and also Director of Women’s Health at Variety Care, a large federally qualified health center in Oklahoma.
Kate has an analytical mind and enjoys collaboration and creative problem solving. She believes that there is much work to be done at the intersection of business and medicine and is thrilled to be with TCC. She has had extensive leadership experience outside of work with the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists as well as government and nonprofit organizations.
In June 2023, Kate and her family will move to Washington DC where she will work as a hospital laborist for Johns Hopkins in addition to her role at TCC.

Todd Throckmorton
Business Development & Strategic Sales Advisor
Todd Throckmorton is business development and strategic sales advisor to TCC. Todd was the Regional Director with BDO, USA, LLP, a Global Big 6 accounting firm, which delivers accounting and tax strategy, global accounting services, and strategic accounting management consulting services to various public, private, venture capital and private equity entities.
Todd has been in business development and sales for more than 25 years, managing teams, creating strategic sales initiatives, marketing plans, and deploying human capital. Prior to BDO Todd led the business development for a multimedia startup. This was a global initiative that developed a repository of content connecting in-house legal counsel, private counsel, risk managers and financial consultants, private equity, and industry specialists.
He has implemented numerous CRM systems to enhance channel, pipeline, and revenue management. As acting CRO, he created top line revenue goals and metrics for team deliverables while managing the P&L enhancing margin growth.
Todd is active volunteering as a mentor in the start-up community, assisting pre-seed companies with strategy and execution. When not working, Todd can be found with his two boys volunteering at church outreach programs, the outdoors engaged in various sports, martial arts, golf, or attending live music events.

Patrick Fichtner
Chief Accounting & Compliance Advisor
Patrick Fichtner serves as Chief Accounting and Compliance Advisor to TCC. Patrick has more than 15 years of public accounting experience working with companies in various industries, primarily focusing on the technology sector.
Patrick was until recently assurance partner at Big 6 accounting firm BDO’s San Jose office. In this role, he advised clients on audit engagements and preparation of SEC-compliant filings. He is known for his proactive, hands-on style with clients and effective communication with C-Level executives and boards. He is an effective executive skilled at evaluating not only technical accounting issues, but their business context.
Patrick is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of CPAs. He lives in Menlo Park, California, with his wife and three adorable children.

GS lyer
Head of Supplier Enablement
GS Iyer is Executive Supply Base Management Advisor for TCC and supports development of the company’s inventory acquisition and distribution strategy to align with customer needs.
GS’ experience in supply chain management spans over 35 years with large OEMs, Tier 1 CMs and startups in the USA, Singapore and India. He has successfully provided leadership to procurement teams in small and medium sized companies with specific focus on minimizing total cost of ownership. His planning and negotiation skills have helped him develop best-in-class supply base and inventory management practices.
His expertise includes VMI implementation and supplier/ commodity management globally.
He has aligned with suppliers in Asia, Europe, LATAM and the US for a global supply base footprint. GS is customer and cost focused in his approach to problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
He is a graduate from IIT Bombay in Mechanical Engineering. He also holds a CPM certification and has extensive experience working with ERP/MRP systems – SAP, Oracle, Baan, MM3000 and IBM.

Manish Jhawar
Supply Chain IT Advisor
Manish Jhawar is Executive IT Advisor for TCC and supports development of the company’s IT strategy and roadmap. Manish is presently Dy GM at HCL America Inc. with 25+ years of experience delivering IT and Business transformation initiatives to Fortune-100 enterprises.
Manish has extensive procurement and supply chain operations experience and actively seeks solutions that drive robust competitive advantage and value proposition. He has successfully led teams in deploying logistics and transportation and strategic sourcing solutions for Hi-tech, Industrial and Consumer Electronics companies. He has a penchant to identify critical success factors that drive business results using automated solutions, rigorous program management, change management and talent development.
Manish is Electrical Engineering graduate from College of Engineering Pune (India) and a Certified Program Management Professional (PgMP®), one amongst 2,500 globally.

Giang Nguyen
VP Marketing & Communications
Giang Nguyen is Vice President of Marketing and Communications, driving TCC’s communication strategy, brand development and marketing initiatives. She is an effective media professional and innovative thinker with a track record of guiding diverse teams from idea to excellence.
Giang has more than 12 years of experience as a broadcast journalist serving international and U.S. media networks. Her reporting has taken her to Germany, Japan, Myanmar, and Thailand. At CNN International she was part of a two-woman team to build CNN’s Third Party Content unit of 700+ stringers to ensure breaking news coverage worldwide at a moment’s notice. Her work at CNN earned her a Peabody Award for the network’s 2008 election coverage. She has covered politics, current affairs, climate change, natural and man-made disasters from the Midwest to Myanmar. She has reported live from the Tokyo Stock Exchange for Japanese national broadcaster NHK World and has held editorial and on-air positions at CGTN America, Agence France-Press TV, and ABC and NBC affiliates.
Giang spent her earlier professional career in IT consulting, sales and marketing at supply chain consulting companies, including Deloitte Consulting.
She is a visionary storyteller and skilled community builder who is passionate about content creating, empowering diverse voices, and mentoring young professionals. Giang received her M.S. in Broadcast Journalism from Northwestern University and her B.A. in Business Economics from UCLA. She currently resides in Washington D.C.

Jesse Bornstein

Jesse was a co-founder of LiquidX, a trade finance fintech company that he helped grow to over $25B in traded volume. At LiquidX, Jesse managed the firm’s client relationships including large financial institutions as well as fortune 500 corporations and was heavily involved in the innovation and new product launches. Jesse helped launch the trade finance business within Nomura Securities’ Global Markets franchise. At Nomura, he drove the firms adoption and implementation of financial technology as well as deal origination, underwriting, and execution.
Jesse began his career at CIT where he participated in their management rotational program. He previously served as head of institutional sales for Stakehound, a company focused on key infrastructure for the decentralized finance ecosystem. Currently, he oversees Defiance ETFs’ strategy and institutional sales.
Jesse Graduated from NYU Stern with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and from Binghamton University with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance.

Ken Rosenberg
Head of Banking Channel Development
Ken Rosenberg is a senior executive with more than 30 years of experience in Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance. Ken is a nationally recognized expert in Trade Finance and Export Trading Company operations and has conducted business in 35 countries. He has extensive experience in the creation and delivery of unique international financial products and services. He pioneered the concept of outsourcing inventory ownership of goods in the supply chain and developed the concept of using trading company techniques to finance international trade transactions.
Ken has developed and implemented business plans for several major banks including the start-ups of an international banking corporation, a foreign accounts receivable factoring company, and a supply chain finance division.
Ken testified as an expert witness on Export Trading Companies before committees of the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate. He is currently a member of the NorCal District Export Council and the Bankers’ Association for Finance and Trade (BAFT) where he serves on both the Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance committees. He served as a member of the U.S. Department of Commerce Trade Finance Advisory Council from 2018 through 2020.

Edmund McNamara
Head of Sales and Business Development Strategic Accounts
Edmund McNamara brings more than 30 years of experience in the financial markets, notably at Standard Chartered Bank and BNP where he has provided trade-related services for multi-national corporations and financial institutions for alternative financing and risk management. This included offering creative solutions for enhanced working capital, supply chain efficiencies, off-balance sheet structures, and accelerated cash conversion cycles, delivering programs that provided price risk mitigation for both tradeable and non-tradeable materials.
He developed unique products for trading companies that provided financing in the form of commercial solutions to Fortune 100 clients, achieving emerging market returns. These solutions have been delivered to clients globally, including the US, UK, Brazil, South Africa, Dubai, and Germany.
Prior to trade finance Edmund oversaw Standard Chartered's commodity marketing to the Americas and Europe, offering clients price risk solutions in metals, energies and agricultural products. He was responsible for the internal worldwide education in the commodity markets and identifying client opportunities. He authored the bank’s Commodity Handbook detailing all products and capabilities and was instrumental in establishing the global business.
Edmund started his career trading precious metals with Sharps Pixley, a 200-year-old company based in London and part of the original Gold and Silver Fixings. He moved on to become the Global Head Trader of Citibank’s Precious Metals Group before joining JW Henery & Company, a $3 billion hedge fund, as the first metals specialist.

Eric Allmendinger
Technology and Product Management Strategy
Eric Allmendinger supports technology and product management strategy for the company’s 1TCC platform.
Eric brings 20+ years of expertise between fixed income structuring roles at tier-one banks, COO roles at fixed income trading fintechs and product management at a supply chain finance platform. He has been a part of the founding and GTM teams of several fintechs and has experience in strategic planning, operations management, stakeholder engagement, client relationship management, process development and process improvements.
Eric holds a BA in Organizational Psychology and Honors German from the University of Michigan. He is based in NYC, married with two children and enjoys travel, backcountry skiing, snowboarding, coaching various sports teams and volunteering as a Den Leader in the local Cub Scout Pack.

Vish Patel
Chief Strategist Advisor for Global Inventory Fund
Vish supports 1TCC in efficient fund raising strategies to continually offer enhanced value to 1TCC’s global clients.
With a career spanning more than 20 years in fixed income debt markets and credit investments, Vish began his journey at Franklin Templeton as an analyst before moving to BGI, which was later acquired by BlackRock. During his time at BlackRock, he played a pivotal role in developing their investment and risk framework for credit investing. He then joined Loomis, Sayles in Boston, where he was responsible for overseeing US and Emerging Market credit as part of the renowned uncontained investment team.
Vish brings to 1TCC a wealth of expertise in global debt markets, asset management, business development, and client relations. He is based in Boston, Massachusetts.

Shiva Sandy
Chief Technology Advisor
Shiva Sandy is Chief Technology Advisor of TCC. With over 20+ years of experience delivering high value solutions in the finance and technology industries, Shiva grows and leads highly effective teams from startups to Fortune 100 companies. His high-level of expertise ranges from digital banking to omnichannel transformation and machine learning.
Currently, Shiva is the Chief Information and Technology Officer of PCBB – a leading bankers’ bank serving community-based financial institutions across the U.S. He leads technology initiatives in their Business Intelligence strategy and AI product development.
Shiva earned both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as well as being a Stanford LEAD graduate.

Ritendra Datta
Future Thinking
Ritendra Datta is Executive Board Advisor for TCC and supports setting up a global culture of excellence for the company. He is currently a Director of Engineering at Facebook in Menlo Park, running a team of 110+ engineers and research scientists building systems for video, audio, and gaming recommendations on the platform.
Before that, he worked at Google’s Mountain View office as a Senior Staff Engineer and Manager, running multiple teams related to shopping searches on Google. At both Google and Facebook, he built out or grew multiple distributed engineering teams from scratch, being deeply involved in the technical, business, and cultural aspects of the teams. He has also made significant contributions to hiring, promotions, coaching, and mentoring at both companies. Before these gigs, he got his PhD in Computer Science and Engineering from Penn State, working on large-scale Machine Learning and computational aesthetics, at a time when the hype around machine learning and AI was relatively low. His research publications have gone on to receive more than 8000 citations.
Fun fact: He was in the ‘Direct PhD’ program and hence doesn’t have a Masters’ degree, not sure he misses it though!

Tom A. Goss

Tom Goss is a Senior Advisor for Automotive Business Development to TCC and is based in Detroit, Michigan
Tom was previously the Athletic Director for University of Michigan, where he completed his undergraduate degree in education. He currently serves as Chairman of Goss LLC, an independent insurance agency servicing Detroit giants including GM, Ford, and DTE Energy. Tom brings decades of executive experience, having spent a large part of his career in consumer goods, heading sales, merchandising, marketing and business development.
His prior roles included Sales with Proctor & Gamble and then heading up merchandising and marketing for RJ Reynolds Foods which was acquired by Del Monte. Tom became the Director of Consolidation and reported to the President of RJR Foods and the President of Del Monte Corporation. Tom was later promoted to Regional VP of Del Monte Foods’ largest region.
Tom served as the Chairman of the Board at Kermanos Cancer Institute for over a decade. In addition, he was part of the board of directors for the Detroit Regional Chamber of Commerce and is a former chairman for the Detroit Workforce Development Board. Today he serves as a Board Member of the National Park Foundation and a Member on the Division Infractions Appeals Committee of the NCAA.

Alex Kinnebrew
Executive Advisor, Growth & Innovation Strategy
Alex is an executive Growth Strategy leader with deep expertise in innovation, design/systems thinking and brand narrative. She brings these intertwining passions to every role and every team. As Chief Marketing Officer at Waggl, she built and scaled a game-changing HR tech company, acquired in 2021 by Perceptyx, the standout leader in employee listening. For Citi, she designed the blueprint for its global innovation lab network. Currently, for Perceptyx, she is building a sustainable, differentiated growth strategy in the healthcare vertical Lastly, she has the distinct privilege and pleasure to share her experience with emerging companies on how to define and tell unique positioning stories in the market.
Alex attended Amherst College, and the storied Institute of Design in Chicago. She lives in Sausalito with her family.
Board Advisors

Chris Collier
Chris Collier is an Executive Board Advisor to TCC. Previously, Chris was the Chief Financial Officer at Flex, a Fortune Global 500 company, which delivers technology innovation, supply chain, and manufacturing solutions to diverse industries and end-markets through its global footprint with 160,000 employees at more than 100 sites in over 30 countries.
Chris spent nearly 25 years at Flex, serving as Chief Accounting Officer and then from 2013 through 2020 as Chief Financial Officer. In addition, he led the corporate strategy organization for several years while serving as CFO. He has overseen the raising of over $18 billion in the debt and equity capital markets, the acquisition of more than 100 companies for an aggregate purchase price of nearly $16 billion, and the sale of numerous companies with a combined value of over $5.5 billion.
Chris has a solid track record of taking a balanced approach to being a strong financial steward as well as architecting long-term strategies to drive profitable growth. He was central to the company’s sound governance practices and risk management, as he led the establishment of Flex’s Enterprise Risk Management program. Chris helped position Flex to achieve higher margins, consistent earnings, and strong free cash flow generation during his tenure.
Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He previously worked for KPMG and is a certified public accountant. Additionally, he serves as an executive board advisor to various private companies.

Yossi Feinberg
Yossi Feinberg is a Board Advisor to TCC. He received his PhD in mathematics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem in 1997. His thesis studied how differing prior beliefs of decision makers can be expressed by their disagreement on current (posterior) events. After completing his dissertation under the supervision of Nobel Laureate Professor Robert J. Aumann, Yossi began teaching economics at Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Yossi joined Stanford GSB in 1998.
Yossi’s recent research interests include, for example, the analysis and implication of strategic decision making in the face of unawareness. He has modeled games with unawareness and their solutions. In these games each decision maker can reason about the extent to which others may only have a limited perception of the full scale of the economic interaction at hand. Yossi was an associate editor of the Journal of Economic Theory and is serving as a referee for all major microeconomics journals. He has given numerous invited seminars as well as multiple plenary talks at academic conferences.
He has been consulting in a wide range of industries including hi-tech, media and health care as well as giving invited talks on topics such as pricing, the sub-prime crisis, in-house vs. outsourcing, allocating decision power in organizations and strategic interactions.He is The Adams Distinguished Professor of Management and Professor of Economics and the faculty director of Stanford Ignite, a global innovation program running on the Stanford Campus.

Hypatia E. Kingsley
Hypatia Kingsley is a Board Advisor to TCC. She serves as a leading member of the Financial Services, Boards and Education Not for Profit practices globally, with a particular emphasis on global fintech for Spencer Stuart.
With more than twenty five years of experience, Hypatia specializes in a range of advisory, succession and search assignments across fintech leadership in consumer financial services, commercial/corporate banking, payments, asset and wealth management and alternative investing in the United States and Greater China.
Hypatia holds a B.A. in East Asian studies from the University of Wisconsin and an M.A. in Chinese history from the University of Hawaii. She was a graduate fellow at the East-West Center in Honolulu and a Eu-Tong Sen Research Fellow in Hong Kong while receiving her M.A. She is fluent in Mandarin.

Tom Linton
Tom Linton is an Executive Board Advisor to TCC. He is a also senior advisor at McKinsey & Company and an independent director of and advisor to other companies. He previously served as chief procurement and supply chain officer of Flex (NASDAQ: FLEX) and held similar positions at LG Electronics, Agere Systems, and Freescale Semiconductor.
Mr. Linton spent 20 years at IBM, developing and founding several world-wide trading and technical centers. After leaving IBM, Mr. Linton helped found E2Open, Inc., a supply chain software company. He has served as chief procurement officer of Agere Systems, Freescale Semiconductor and executive vice president and chief procurement officer at LG Electronics. Mr. Linton is a widely recognized expert on operations, with a focus on procurement and supply chain, and was honored with the Institute of Supply Management’s prestigious J. Shipman Gold Medal in 2019 and the Life Time Achievement Award from the Procurement Leaders Organization at the World Procurement Congress in 2017. In 2015 Mr. Linton received the Procurement Leaders award on Global Risk Management.
He is a former chair of the Institute of Supply Management which issues the monthly Report on Business® and the Purchasing Managers Index (PMI®). He recently co-authored “The Living Supply Chain; The Evolving Imperative of Operating in Real Time”, currently a leading book on Supply Chain Management. His articles and talks on supply chain management have appeared in the Harvard Business Review, Supply Chain Management Review, Inside Supply Management, Supply Chain Management Review and The Procurement Leaders Quarterly. Mr. Linton has a new book which will be released in early 2022 called “Flow- how the best supply chains thrive”.

Avanish Sahai
Avanish is a Board Advisor to TCC, helping mainly on the platfrom commercialization strategy. He has held C-level and leadership roles in product, marketing, and channels/alliances across a range of early-to-mid stage B2B companies as well as at iconic tech leaders like Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow and Google Cloud. He sits on the Board of Directors of Hubspot, the $1.6B (revenues) provider of a CRM Platform for SMB and mid-market customers, and of Birdie.ai, an early stage startup focused on leveraging AI/ML to improve product management and innovation. He previously sat on the board of Scribe Software, an innovator in integration software acquired by TIBCO. Avanish is actively increasing his angel investment and advisory activities, often alongside leading global and regional VC and PE firms.
Avanish has deep expertise in connecting product vision and roadmaps to compelling messaging and positioning - and from there to associated go-to-market programs and priorities. In addition, he has become a recognized expert on building and leveraging the power of ecosystems and platforms to scale businesses non-linearly. He is the creator and host of The Platform Journey podcast, bringing together insights and thought leadership from some of the best leaders in the tech business.
Prior to his recent retirement from Google Cloud, he built and led Google’s partner GTM programs including Marketplace and Co-sell, and had global oversight of the recruitment and onboarding of ISV partners across horizontal and vertical categories. These programs generated over $1.5B/year revenues within 2 years.
Previously, he built and led the technology and ISV partner team at ServiceNow, and helped grow Salesforce’s Appexchange business to over $1B a year in ecosystem revenues. He was the founding co-leader of McKinsey & Company’s Software and Services practice area based out of the Silicon Valley office and serving clients globally.

Paul Humphries
Paul Humphries is a Board Advisor to TCC. He formerly served as Group President of Reliability Solutions at Flex, a global manufacturing services provider and has worked closely with Sanjay since 2014.
In this capacity, Paul led the company’s $11 billion division comprised of the Automotive, Health Solutions and Industrial business segments. In this role, in addition to his P&L responsibility, he focused on driving the division’s strategy, accelerating growth, expanding design-led engagement. Paul also served as the Chief Technology Officer leveraging synergies across the entire organization, leading the innovation team and establishing common systems, processes and practices to drive engineering efficiency and productivity.
Previously, Paul served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Flex and led the global HR organization, programs, and related functions, including loss prevention, environmental compliance, and management systems. Prior to leading HR, he oversaw the company’s global mechanicals organization serving telecom, consumer products and industrial markets.
Paul joined Flex through the acquisition of Chatham Technologies Inc. in April 2000. While at Chatham Technologies, he served as Senior Vice President of Global Operations.
Prior to that, Mr. Humphries held several leadership positions at AlliedSignal, Honeywell and Borg-Warner Corporation.
Paul now serves on the board of the Silicon Valley Education Foundation, Superior Industries International, Inc. Westfall Technik and Our Next Energy, and acts as an advisor to several Silicon Valley start-ups.

Ryo Shima
Ryo Shima is a Board Advisor to TCC. He was formerly Chief Executive Officer of GREE UK and Chief Operations Officer of GREE International, international arms of a Japanese mobile gaming company.
Ryo is a global executive with a unique background as an operator and investor, serving in executive roles in the software and private equity industries. He led multinational teams in Silicon Valley, Tokyo, and London as COO, SVP, and CEO respectively.
Currently, Ryo is the CEO of Global Tech Partners, a boutique strategy advisory firm, which he founded in 2018. He is responsible for providing strategic advice to CEOs of global companies, including TSE-listed Japanese companies, a fast-growing Indian gaming company, and a growth stage AI company.
Ryo serves as a Board Member of Monarch Tractors, a disruptive autonomous electric tractor company based in the Silicon Valley. He also serves on the Board of Sakuu Corporation, a Silicon Valley-based 3D printing technology company using multiple materials with material methods. Prior to Global Tech Partners, Ryo served as the COO of GREE International, the CEO of GREE UK and the SVP of GREE Inc., one of the premier Japanese mobile gaming companies. Under his leadership, he executed multiple transformation initiatives and was also appointed as the Corporate Executive Officer (Shikko Yakuin).
Earlier in his career, Ryo spent three years at Merrill Lynch Tokyo as an investment banker and four years at Carlyle Japan private equity as an investor managing a $1.2 billion buyout fund.
Ryo holds a law degree from Kyoto University and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Philippe Gilbert
Philippe Gilbert joins TCC as a board advisor. Until recently, he was President of UPS Supply Chain Solutions responsible for the multi-billion dollar UPS Supply Chain Group.
He is continually focused on supporting organizations to build technology enabled, seamless global solutions to transform their businesses and be more efficient, effective and futuristic.
Prior to joining UPS’ senior-most leadership group in 2019, Philippe served in executive leadership roles at international logistics providers DB Schenker Logistics Americas and DB Schenker Logistics West Europe, and as Executive Vice President of transport and logistics leader Geodis Wilson.
Philippe is proud of his French/Spanish heritage but is comfortably at home almost anywhere in the world. He enjoys swimming, water and snow skiing, jazz and street art and he is always in search of the perfect espresso and baguette. Philippe and his wife Ida, a native of Louisiana, have been married for more than 20 years. Their son Gabriel is off to university. .
Philippe earned a Finance degree from the Institut Supérieur de Gestion (I.S.G.) in Paris. He is fluent in English, Spanish, French, and is working on mastering Portuguese.

Sathish Kumar
Sathish Kumar is a seasoned business executive with 25+ years of experience in Operations, Finance and Engineering management. He provides strategic vision and technical leadership that drives innovation, operational efficiency, highest quality, and productivity delivering improved business performance. In his most recent role, he was a senior vice president of Operations at Yield Engineering Systems.
Sathish has held senior management positions at large companies such as Applied Materials, Cepheid, Intersil and Integrated Device Technology.

Todd Tuomala
Todd Tuomala is an experienced Information Technology and Operations leader with a proven track record of designing and developing top-tier technology solutions and enterprise infrastructures that directly drive revenue growth, cost savings, and business transformation.
He has a passion for achieving strong results through hands-on leadership and a relentless focus on building robust and scalable processes. In a prior role, he was the CIO for Infinera, where he provided leadership in successfully implementing SAP and led post acquisition business process and technology consolidation, including implementation of an SAP HANA system in the cloud. Prior to Infinera, he spent 15 years at Cisco, including as one of the key leaders of the company’s initial Oracle ERP implementation.

Jay Swaminathan
Jay Swaminathan has more than two decades of experience in process automation, risk assessment, accounting, revenue automation, analytics, internal controls, SOX, fraud assessment, IT Security, and other functional areas. He is a CPA from California, a Chartered Accountant from India and a CISA. He is the founder of AppWrap, Inc. a leading NetSuite consulting company that supports more than 150 customers with their NetSuite ecosystem and was the high-tech partner of the year of NetSuite for 2021.

Leonardo Toyama
Account Manager
Leonardo Toyama, or Leo serves as an account manager and is responsible for corporate and sectoral research for TCC. He also supports sales and marketing activities. Leo brings dynamic professionalism to TCC and believes in its vision and that working with a disruptive silicon valley fintech will help him enhance his competencies. He is happy that his daily activities have a direct impact on the company's operations.
Leo holds a BBA Degree from EU Business School Barcelona and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from UC Riverside. He has previously worked with Ernst & Young and also as a Finance Controller for a small business. He is disciplined and has a passion for sports and is a big soccer fan.

Alexandre Courtois
Digital Lead Manager
Alexandre Courtois is a data scientist and digital transformation executive at TCC. Alexandre is an expert in software efficiency and digital project management having worked with multiple companies in the automotive industry developing IT solutions to improve industrial efficiency. He previously worked with Microsoft and Stellantis as a product and software developer and enjoys working on large creative projects beyond cultural borders.
Alexandre earned a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from the University of Versailles in France and a Master of Computer Engineering and Industry 4.0 from the (École Supérieur d’Ingénieur Léonard De Vinci) of Paris. He also pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Big Data Technologies from the University of California, Riverside.
Alexandre currently resides in Paris and believes that every sector can and should be disrupted at one point. He believes TCC is doing that right now and this is what excites him.

Bayan Saparbayeva is a data scientist and associate at TCC. Bayan previously worked at the University of Notre Dame and University of Rochester Medical Center as a postdoctoral scholar and enjoys working on visualization of data.
Bayan holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from Lomonosov Moscow State University in Moscow and a PhD of Mathematics from Novosibirsk State University in Novosibirsk, Russia. In addition, she obtained a postgraduate diploma in Big Data Technologies from the University of California, Riverside.
